Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required for cancellations. Same-day cancellations forfeit the session fee. If rescheduling, because life happens, you will have no additional charges.
Payment Terms (Remote)
You will receive an invoice after I have reviewed the document. Payment is required 24 hours before the appointment at the latest. If any additional fees are added at the time of service (ex: needing a witness), you will pay at the time of the appointment. I use the following digital platforms; Square, & Stripe.
Additional Fees
Holidays +$20
1 Mobile Client Witness +$15
1 Remote Witness- $10
Printing - $3 ($.05 for each page over 10)
Expedited (within 2 hours)
Document Preparation-Remote
Documents must be sent over to me 24 hours before your appointment so I can prepare them and send you an invoice. Incomplete documents may require additional session time at standard rates.
ID Requirements
Valid, unexpired US-issued photo ID required (Drivers License, US Passport, or State ID). Military ID's and permanent Resident Cards not accepted.
Travel
Flat rate of $30
Client will be responsible for the cost of parking during session unless under $5
TRANSPARENT PRICING (Determined by Nv NRS 240.100)
Acknowledgement
Used when you’re acknowledging you signed a document willingly.
First signature of each signer: $15
Each additional signature (same signer) = $7.50

Jurat
Used when you must sign and swear/affirm the document is true.
$15 per signature (each signer, each signature)
Per oath/affirmation (no document) = $7.50

Legal Notice
A State of Nevada Notary Public is authorized to: Take acknowledgements & proofs, administer oaths and affirmations, execute jurats or verifications on oath or affirmation, certify copies, perform marriage ceremonies and perform online notarial duties.
A State of Nevada Notary Public is prohibited from: Influencing a client to perform any act, certify photocopies of certificates of birth, ddeath or marriage decrees, allow any other person to use my stamp, allow any other person to sign my name, perform a natorial act on a document that contains only one signature, affix my stamp to any document which does not contain a notarial certificate, conduct notarial acts in another language.
